Why are there no available dates for my order?
Limited quantities have been set for each item as part of Kobashi's quality control. Try lowering the order quantity/removing the item in your cart or alternatively, check in with us @kobashi_sg on IG or drop us a message at 8893 4814
How do I place an order?
1. After you've added your products to the cart, click on "Go to Cart" or "View Cart".
2. Select either "Local Delivery" or "Store Pickup".
3. Select your preferred delivery/pick-up date and time slot.
4. Click on "Proceed to Checkout".
5. After clicking "Proceed to Checkout", ensure that you select the correct delivery method (delivery/self-pickup) once again.
What if I have dietary restrictions or special requests for my order?
At the checkout page, after selecting your delivery/pick-up date, type in any special requests or dietary restrictions you may have in the "Additional Details" box.
Can I place orders for different days at the same time?
Orders for different days have to be placed separately.
Due to system constraints, please ensure each checkout only contains 1 delivery date and 1 delivery address. In the event that you were able to checkout with two different dates in a single cart, the total quantity of the boxes ordered will instead be combined and sent only on the earlier delivery date selected. The later delivery date will be voided and no refunds will be issued.
What time will I receive my delivery order? Can I get it earlier/later?
Delivery will be between 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. For any changes to your delivery time slot, please contact 88934814 through WhatsApp or message us on @Kobashi_sg on Instagram.
Where do I collect my self-pick up orders?
Self-collections will be at 157C Tamarind Road, Serenity Park Condominium, Tower 2, #05-04 Singapore 806107
Collection at Carpark Lift Lobby from 2PM - 6PM.
How do I place an order for corporate events or a bulk order?

How long can Kobashi's Sourdo'nuts be kept?
Kobashi's Sourdo'nuts are best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase!
Refrigerate them immediately if not consumed. Recommended to be consumed within 3 days.
How do I reheat Kobashi's Sourdo'nuts?
1. Bring out to Room temperature for 15-30 mins before consuming. (Recommended)
2. Microwave: Heat for 15 seconds.
3. Oven: Bake at 180°C for 3-5mins
4. Air fryer: Fry at 180°C for 3-5mins
How long can I keep Kobashi's Sourdough Bakes?
Kobashi’s Sourdough Bakes are best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase! Our bakes can be kept at room temperature for 2 days outside & refrigerated if not consuming. Recommended to be consumed within a week.
How do I reheat Kobashi's Sourdough Bakes?
1. Oven: Bake at 180°C for 5-8 mins (Spray some water would be recommended)
2. Toaster Oven: Toast at 180°C for 5-8mins.
3. Air fryer: Fry at 180°C for 3-5mins.
Terms & Conditions
No refunds will be issued for:
1. Order cancellations or late collections (past operating hours) whereby orders will be voided.
2. Submission of 2 different delivery dates per checkout for online ordering.

Strictly no changing of order details (e.g. delivery address, pre-order dates) upon submission of orders.
